Can we resubmit personal statement? - immuno

Once we submit application, can we submit any new document? I was planning to apply a new specialty, but I dont know if I can submit my new personal statement. If I can, how do it do that?

you can submit
any number of PS
and anytime. create
a new one in myeras
just like how you
created other one.
give it another file name.
but changing a PS
to already applied
program is no use.
