you might get quite a few cases from UW. So print the cases and practice on PRIMUM SOFTWARE . Be careful while practicing on UW interactive....lot of mistakes that can kill the case on exam. . ilu......let me give u a hint...elderly abuse case that migsmd got....
when u admit the patient, order protective services , dont dischage the pt till message comes from protective agency saying that the abusers isnt home any more since they forced him or her to move out and then discharge the patient home, usually on 3-4 days u will get this message, so keep patient on the ward after icu till this message pop up.
