I have a bedroom for rent, need a roommate. Apt. is available until January15, 2011 - 2 month only, short term, weekly is okey. I passed my CS already.
$270/ month - all included, no security deposits.
Very nice gated appartment complex, second floor close to the main gate
Bathroom is shared, I am the only occupant , my bed is in the living room.
Apt. is minimally equiped, you will have a bed, table, chair, big walk-in closet.
Other features: wi-fi, air conditioneer, community laundry.
I can also provide a bed linen , towels for no additional costs.
I am 27 male, home-based student, I study on-line. You can be male or female,
I will respect your privacy in all aspects,
I am very nice, easy going person. trying
to avoid conflicts and negotiate whenever possible.
Appartment directory requires you to be legal in the US(valid visa), with no criminal
records -they do a quick check , it will not cost any additional money for you.
