cycloplegia-paralysis of ciliary muscles leading to loss of accomidation.

Cycloplegic drugs are generally muscarinic receptor blockers. These include atropine, cyclopentolate, homatropine, scopolamine and tropicamide. They are indicated for use in cycloplegic refractions and the treatment of uveitis.
