this how the options are given.those who say both LH and FSH increase...i agree
But if u have to choose just one answer(most likely), then what will it be and why ?

then it would be FSH if it is LH then she must have LH surge and then menstruation (but in turner lady has ammenorhea).
just guessing.

always FSH increases 1st b4 LH

correct answer is "E"

Turnner got streaked ovaries which lead to ---->Menopause before menarche

-No Follicular cells---->No Estradiole----no negative feedback--->Inc in both FSH and LH.

-But since there is "NO Inhibin"------>no negative feedback on *FSH----->Further Inc in FSH.
although both FSH and LH increase but for the above reason FSH increases more than LH.
