It's A.. but ethanol doesn't reverse anything. The only thing ethanol does is compete with methanol for Alcohol dehydrogenase and ethanol wins. Alcohol dehydrogenase metabolizes methanol into it's far more toxic metabolite: formaldehyde -> formic acid
