I have F1 visa and i got new job in company which is ready to help for transferring H1B Visa.
Do I need to apply for H1B from US or from India? Which one is better? Can any one know exact procedure? Need help. Thank you in advance.

U can apply for h1 from here in US. But u need a lawyer to do that. Make an appointment with an immigration lawyer, sometimes the initial consultation is free. if ur job is not in an exempt category then u don't have much time.
