ok... when a guy calls in sick, sad, depressed, car crash, diarrhea, mourning his pet turtle, or traveled back to the farthest regions of earth because the nephew of his in-laws is getting married, it WILL hit you harder if the program is small... 1 in 4 is 25% of the interns. same amount of patients....
