programs that have 26, 11, 8, 8 spots available through the match (i.e. they don't hand out PMs)
no visa issues and have done rotations at two of the places and got letters from both those places
scores 82/92(2nd attempt)/pass
no research

You have a fair chance at those two places that you did your externship if they liked you during the rotations.

the number of spots per program do not matter, program with less seats interview less people. the ratio is almost always around 1/10.
you can think of your chances this way.
did they offer prematches?
did they offer YOU a prematch?
if they didn't offer you one, but they did oofer it to someone else, then you're not very high ranked. you might be high, but not very high.
you can get an idea, from ranking emails and by sneaking a peak to your LORs if you had the chance.

they did liek me on those 2 rotations and i got strong LORs from faculty at both places. i intereview with PDs for each IV. none of the programs offer pm querty2011
