If you are serious about your career you need to keep your options open. Try jamaica and Brookedale hospitals in NYC. They have good externship programs. Also, Griffin hospital in Norman,OK offers .

but no luck.I don;t know how much help I will get from my family,they are tired

Jamaica takes application in feb and july. Brookedale in july. Step 3 is preferred. No visa sponsored .
