if anybody knows please help, i have several clerkships that i underwent with an interval. for example i had pediatrics during my fourth year of med school for 3 weeks, lets say from January 1st to February 1st of 2002, and then during fifth year for 4 weeks lets say from March 1st till April 7th of 2003. what date should my med school put in Form L5, from January 1st 2002 till April 7th 2003? mentioning two separated "from -to" dates is not possible as there is only space for one. i tried to call med board of ca many times but all i could talk to was answer machine. any suggestions??
