I wanted to know more of your thoughts about meditation..
Before when I used to read your posts I didnt really understand you , as a person.. but now I think I do. Especially that you do not enforce religion on people but speak your mind.
Loook forward to hear from you my email is step1saga. I am yet to take step 1, but I m a battle in myself.. I think meditation will really help me..
