3. is it necessary to be applicable for scramble to register in eras in sept 2011.?...

I will try to answer as much as I can.
1) The best is that you should have your ECFMG certificate by sept. That means you should get all your results atlease 2-3 weeks before sept. 1st.
2) It depends. most of them come in between Oct-Nov. Again it is variable.
3) I am sorry but i did`nt get your qs. like what exactly do you want to know in this

3 rd question..is it necessary that i apply eras in this sept..to be eligible for scramble...or there is a seperate registration for that??
