Check your email, there is a mail for you from ECFMG, they are trying to help IMGs or at least get some money from IMGs as fee

. What other types of services would be of interest to you?
ECFMG could run Residency like program for ECFMG certified physicians without federal aid (US has hardly enough money for basic needs in the country, budget is being cut!!!), Residents would support themselves + may be the small amount of fees collected from patient parties.
ECFMG could perhaps run hospitals with help of few interested licensed IMG or USMG physicians & the ECFMG certified physician who would work under licensed physicians
ECFMG certified physicians should not be struggling for survival in this land of opportunity, where the doctors are few but the need of doctors is plenty and also the ECFMG certified physicians
ECFMG certified physicians to be allowed license to practice on the basis of their clinical experience (US included), passing successfully on appropriate board exam + CME credits,
11. Based on your answers above, how much would you be willing to pay per year to belong to an ECFMG membership association?
Basic membership should be free, membership fee should depend on the amount of service received or accessed.
It should depend on the income of the the ECFMG certifed physicians, someone who has a good job can pay more and someone who is struggling cannot.
If this association shows potential to help the ECFMG certified physicians, there should be a way to generate revenues according to the way service is provided, fee for name only membership without fruits would be hard for ECFMG certified physicians who struggling to make their ends meet.
