Our laboratory has several years of successful collaborations with international medical graduates from India, China, Germany, Ireland, Canada, Romania and Peru. We recently created the Off-Site Research Collaborator position specifically with international medical graduates in mind. The unpaid position is designed specifically for physicians to gain valuable research experience remotely a few hours per week. Our goal is to inspire physicians to creativity collaborate with us on projects of mutual interest. Duties of Off-Site Research Collaborators will include new idea generation, background research and writing of abstracts and manuscripts. Thanks for the interest from the forum regarding our position. We were able to fill 3 Off-Site Research Collaborator positions with very strong and talented individuals. We are going to close the application for now but look forward to offering more positions in the future.
