Hi, thanks for the suggestions. Some of you are right on the money about Kaplan. I now think it's the best way to get a full comprehensive review, regardless of how lengthy those books are. I was using kaplan notes for a short while but stop using them after listening to a few other med students saying First Aid is sufficient. You're right that First Aid is an excellent tool to look at a couple of weeks before the test, but it can't be your only ultimate weapon. It's a mistake that I personally will not commit again and hopefully no one should either. I did do around 1500 qbank questions and thought they were extremely helpful. As for my comeback, I'm going to hit it hard with everything I own....Kaplan notes, BRS, First Aid, and everything else in between. I'm determined to retake the test once more in June. Please give me some tips regarding preparations for this final showdown. If there are any you would like to share please feel free to drop me a few lines. Thanks

I think it should be enough if you know your notes really well first, then supplement it with other resources that you already have. Good luck

Dear Christy,

I am sorry for you that you did not pass this time!!!
My exam is on Monday and I got a bit nervous when I read your posting saying that you got 67% and failed. It was suspected that you meant a score of 67, not the percentage of correct answers. Is that right? I would appreciate your brief comment!

Good luck for the next try, you will certainly make it (I may have to join in for that if it doesn´t work out for me on Monday...)!!!

Hi,
sorry about the confusion on my part when I typed it. You're right, it was the 2 digit scale that I was referring to. Good luck on your test on Monday.
