OBSERVERSHIP = 1 IN PRIVATE CLINIC
VOLUNTEERING IN HOSPITAL

Can u plz tell me wht r my chances n which speciality is better for me to apply?
Is it right decision to take step 3? How its score will effect me?

Good score in step 3 "might" help you but a bad score can ruin your application. your GC will help you get interviews especially that you have 99 step 2 and your yog is not that old. go to my website and get the FM and IM lists and apply widely. you have good chances in both of them, if you have US LOR in psych I also advice you to apply to it (but that not in necessary will increase your chances but you still qualify).

usually peds need previous experience or residency back home as well as high scores. if you are financially able to afford a wide app then do it.
