Just called ECFMG. My result was sent out yesterday(exam Sept 29).

You propably passed the exam. Wish you good luck! could you tell me if you tried reregister for ck2 in nbme.org before / somethimes between today and the exam day/ and if you ever saw the mssg "An open step2 ck registration already exist, IF you tested you may not reapply for a step until you score is reported, IF you did you test you may nor reapply for a step until 15 days after you eligibility period" Please tell me if you had mssgs like this before or maybe someone who you know GL

No. But I never use NBME web for checking results until today.
