I was accepted for a 1 year research in Cardiology department
in MAYO CLINIC (Rochester).
Do u think I should accept it? (i know the question seems naive, but consider that if i commit for one year i ll have to delay application for the match)
if i accept it, is it better to still apply for this year's match?
I believe after 1 year research in MAYO clinic, much more
opportunities will be available for me (university hospitals , or even
residency or fellowship in MAYO)
is there a big difference between community and university hospitals?
