applying for Im
step 1 : 254 , step 2 : 262 , step 2 cs- first attempt , 3 month of observership ( 2 month in IM and 1 in neuro , all in hospital setting with residence program)
, 5 month pf part time research , need visa , 2009 grad ... what are my chances

You are solid.
Downgrade your expectations. Despite your record you will likely end up at a community hospital which is just fine. Its a probability issue. More spots at community programs than university. Lots of qualified applicants. Have someone send out emails to the PDs where you did your USCE and research.
