slight correcn in my q after I have read...i noticed that UW mentions several times that not just C1 .......C1,C2,C3,C4 complement deficiency causes SLE

while C5-C9 Neisseria Infections....which is knwn

But

C1 esterase inhibitor deficiency causes Heredit Angioedema + SLE (google)

either way it boils down to lot of complement used up or no/Deficient Complements...right ??

So i guess C1 esterase inhibitor and C1 complement both holds good

do correct if any errors !
