im applying to 2012 match but i dont have any USCE or any LORs from US physicians.i tried various hospitals for observership but couldnt get it.should i apply this year or postpone to next year.i might get an observership in a hospital but it will be in september or october.i dont know what to do now.can u tell me what r my chances in IM or FM for this year?I appreciate ur help

observership is better than step 3.
you have to apply this year, you have good scores, not all IMGs have USCE. you have good chances in IM and FM, apply widely.
