and i included meds/peds for the last years application cycle

ok I refrained for a long time to write in this post... saw it everyday but didn't write.. But I can't help myself now.. feeling really sad.. so here goes:

Step 1 82, Step 2 81, CS pass all first attempt, 2008 grad, 3 months observership with 2 US peds lor... now my friend tells me that I should forget about peds and try for family med.. but I only have peds LOR..

Am studying for step 3 and looking for observership in IM or FM..

but feeling depressed with the notion that i might not get any IV's.. do u guys think I can get atleast 1 iv in FM/ peds with this cv?? I have no contacts so that is out of the question
