Didn't specify where but in any paper of standard size. A4, legal etc. I did mine on 8.5x11".

I am indian doctor. I need urgent help about
PTAL. They asked to list all professional and non professional
activities before they renew ptal.

Does listing observership affect approval?

Does listing non-clinical activities like preparing for usmle exams
for 2 year can affect ptal approval?

Do you need to write down description of every activities??

Please help me.

i really don't know but i guess the rules should be the same for a new ptal. just refer to the link on this thread regarding the board's definition of illegal practice of medicine and decide for yourself weather observership california would affect your application negatively. not doing anything doesn't count as negative.

Manish, where did u know that externship is illegal in california? I was trying to find the link that says so but I couldn't. How about observership? I did 1 month of observership with a hospitalist and if its illegal then she cannot state it in her LOR.
