Done 6 month internship in ob&gyn
6 month internship in internal med
Fellowship in ob&gyn 1. Year 2006
2month us experience
Done step 1 2009. 78 score. First attempt
Step 2. 2010. 93 score. First attempt
Step 2 CS. 2nd attempt
I have green card
Can any body guide me about my chances of getting residency in internal medicine. Should I apply this year.or try to gain more us experience n apply next year.

[hello dr. the main undermining factors in your application are your low score, YOG and attempt, none of which can be rectified. There is going to be a limit to how much you can improve your CV with these accoutrements. so my advice would be to make contacts and work that angle. to keep busy and not have gaps in CV you may do obsies. research is not going to salvage the application, sadly.]
