Why Calif is not and option for most IMG ? Is it an unfriendly IMG state ? Pls I would like to hear your feedback

Who told you so?? the only drawback is the California letter... but other than that.. many IMG match in Cal... the fellow IMGs just say it because they don't want you all to apply there.. increase competition.
