LOR cover sheet - aviator

Hello, I'm looking at the cover sheet, there is a line for applicant signature. But I would like to send the cover sheet to doctor I observed a last year. I would like to email him the cover sheet, but how can't I sign as it is on computer ? I don't have fax nor scanner..

How to do this ?

you cant do it .... or use online LOR thing ....it has to be sign manually ...them either mail / scan / fax it but has to be sign manually ....
