hi can anyone tell me the procedure to apply for step3?.Heard September 2nd is the last day to apply in order to take it before december 2011. Is it we must send our documents before sept 2nd or we can pay online by sept 2nd and we can send documents within a week?help me out.

yes you need to submit the online form before 2nd September and send the Candidate identity form and other documents as per the state requirement before 9th September.
