A/v gradient and anathesia solubility !!!!!!!???? - nesoguitar
#1
I am totally screwed..
A/V gradient reflects the solubility in tissues... that's what usmleworld says. so when A/v gradient increase that means the drug will stay in tissue instead of goining to the brain...> then slow onset of action..!
can someone clear it ?...is it about blood solubility or lipid solubility ?
thanks in advance
