need help regarding DKA case..
in the usmle.org case 5.. i added
basic ER orders
brief physical
accuchek - 450
so started regular insulin
when i got the phy exam details - i started iv nss

message pops up saying no change in the pts condition. it will take me 30min to see the BMP report and anion gap.. so what shud i do in the meantime to improve pt vitals?

well, advance the clock for the time for the results then admit pt and continue ur approach...this is usmleworld case
