hi, just passed my cs 2day but will receive ecfmg certificate in 2 weeks. now my question is" Can i apply online for step 3 now before my ecfmg certificate arrives at home? because some one told me i have to apply before 2 Sep , otherwise i will not be able to appear in step 3 this year.
plz guide me

i have a similar question. i won't be getting my step 2CK score til late September. if i don't get my CK score and thus certification til late September or October, does that mean i cannot apply for or take step 3 in 2011?
