If someone is anemic and has low blood pressure and hemoglobin is less than 8, can you give both IV Fluids and Transfuse Packed RBCs, or are you only allowed to give one of these two things at a time? What do you give first in this situation and when do you give the second item?

yes both at once. Whole blood is also an option

u give ns bolus ,then stop ns and give prbc ..then later can start ns .

u can confirm from uw ccs too
