Need help for score estimation - lli

Hello guys, I'm confused with my self-test scores: all NMBE forms give me score around 500-520 which are done about 2 months ago. Then I did USMLE WORLD sim1. I only got 77% correct but it gives me 680/253. I would be really happy if I could trust this score however I can't ignore the huge discrepancy. many people point out overestimation by uw sim. any idea how bad this estimation is? Thanks!

I've seen some people on here say 15- 20 points...not sure though.

hey don,t count on uw2 ,or 1 assesment --definately overestimates by 20-25 points . how can there be a difference of 100 scores. NBme is more reliable .This point is dicussed many times on the forum.Same happened with me and my sp a diff of 160 points , so just ignore uw assesment .
