could anyone who already gave step one tell me how similar the questions on the orientation cd is from the actually exam, in terms of lenght of questions, no. of options given and degree of difficulty?

For Step 2CK, the questions on the orientation CD are a joke! Way too easy and way too short. USMLEWORLD questions are the most realistic from my experience.
