this is regarding referrals, consultations ,treatment or hospitalisation.is it prohibited to mention them in the notes or we should not even mention these in front of the sp.

Better not to mention these - either verbally or in writing - no commitments to treatments or referrals till lab results are out .....

thanks a lot.I have studied whatever i should have.my problem is that i couldnt find any partner to practice.cs on 30th.i have to beg my colleagues to spare their few minutes everyday so the i can practice.I m in uk.I wish that i would have been in india or us.
