I am sick of being treated like cr--, the pc's do not reply your email and they are so rude on the phone. I think all this power does get to their head. But they do not have to treat doctors this way. Sad!!!!!

Unfortunately, unless you are already a doctor in the US, you can't really expect to be treated as one. I don't think it is fair, but it is the truth. PCs are dealing with a million phone calls and emails, and they also have to run the day-to-day operation of the residency programs. Once you are a resident, then you will understand.

You want the PCs on your side. They can make your life a misery or a breeze in residency.

but thts their job....thts wat PCs are paid for. for answering calls, responding emails and make sure every thing is perfectly organized....
