does anyone get iv from brooklyn hospital, they send me forms to fill about my clerkship and i am an IMG got my residency back in home country with no clerkship in US what should i do ????

is u'r iv in peds. I have IV in Peds in January. I remember the PC mentioning clerkship form in a list of documents needed for IV. Can u throw more light on it?
