I have a copy of the book usmle secretes, and I want to know has anyone here had any experience with this book as compared with what's on the exam. Also, has any here read it and liked it or found mistakes. All opinions will be greatly appreciated because I don't want to waste my time if the book is not helpful or accurate. Thanks in advance.

I like it so far because it's different than the plain old 1stAid type books, although the information is the same. I wouldn't recommend using this as a primary source but to re-enforce what you've read for step 2.
