waiting of Confirmation IV ped at Crozer-Chester - naghmeh

I got a IV 4 weeks ago, I am waiting for confirmation mail, I called the PC last night and she told me , they didnt send me any Iv,,, after a while she said they didnt secured a IV termin for me untill now, what should i do?
