I did nbme4 & got 410/209.Exam in 1month.
Anyone pls tell if this is safe to go for exam?

You still have one month!!! You can improve your score by a lot during that time. Just use it wisely and study hard. Do a lot of UW and review your study material. Take a UW self assessment right before exam, it predicts your score very well.
