what is the chance that you get your first choice in rank list?
whenever i ask a resident from whom i know they said where they work is thier 2 choice!!! what do you think

Put your top choice first. More people will want your top choice for the same reasons you do. Few will get their top choice.
If you are "ranked to match" at your top choice and you put your top choice second you will not get your top choice.

good advice what if the program i am interested in take only 3 in pgy1 (very copetitive) neurology i am competing with 70 candidate for only 3 positions i need a very good luck to fit
