2-Trnsient Erythroblastopenia of Childhood =post viral transient immune suppression with complete recovery=pallor after a nonspecific viral illness =Normocytic =RBC adenine deaminase normal to low =Follow CBC regularly =recovery in 1-2 months =If hemodynamic unstable give Packed RBC transfusion
