@mdwife007: Could you please find out if your Friends Received a Prematch through Email OR Phone call?? Does the PD give Prematch offers OR does the PC does it. Sorry to bother you with these stupid questions but it is kind of important for me to know and I got no other way to know. Hope you can help me..
