Taking NBME - zzpearlzz

This sounds like an old question? But I still donot know the best answer.

What is the best way to take NBME? Is it worth saving all those Qs? Can I get the same performance analysis profile if I do it in self-paced mode, so I have time to save all those Qs.?

Does anybody have or know where can I find all those Qs saved before by other people since everyone gets the same Qs.?

Want to take it tomorrow. Please advise me.

doesnt matter if u take it in self- paced mode....ull get ur analysis. take the self-paced mode but time urself. its a good idea to save the questions......i shud ve done that! but if u do...plz leme know too. good luck.......
