being advertised in the forum is good applicants be brave BUT demand more pay & visa.... the work is VERY physical... why do you think last employee left??... exhaustion and low pay.
If they paid well, in today's economy they will fill the open spot in SECONDS!!!!
Also remember that LOR from private practise is useless, so you are only working for money.
Going rate is $25/hour. The houston clinic has been advised - they make A LOT of money!!
