how does HEP B progress in immunosuprressed people ???

newborn have 95% chance to develop the hepatitis compare to 2% immunocompetant person.
so PROBABLY immunosuppress people have more chance to be infected. but pulminant hepatitis may occur when one or more cases to give the pulminant hepatitis such as alcohol etc. I just guess. infant with hep B infection have more change to develop the cirrhosis than adult.
