urology consult

transrectal biopsy

flutamide for two weeks then consider starting Leuprolide

monitor PSA in the meantime...

if mets consider radiation

counsel as usual

surgery+radiation/implanted radioactive pellets if not metastatic

you need to do turbt not transrectal biopsy .

we are talking abt bladder cancer not prostate cancer
