can u plz explain a little bit about it....i have few questions related to this.

1. what if we have more interviews left after ROL submission. can we add those to the submitted list later.
2. If i dont submit now and submit it later in february first week...will that b ok.

You don't need to certify your rank list until feb 22. Before certifying your list, you can keep changing, adding or deleting programs from your list. Most people don't certify their lists until that day. The OP is an exception.

well, I suggest you at least familiarize yourself with the site and make a preliminary rank list, just don't certify it yet. You don't want to find out you have no internet connection or have no idea what you are doing on feb 22.

even if you certify a list, you can still change it as long as you certify the new list again. it's nothing like the eras cv where you can't change it anymore after certifying.
