in FA ...when ever the vitals are normal , on the physical exam part they write V.S WNL.....
can we do that in the exam, cause if we can , that could save like 10 sec...which i need very bad cause im slow typer..Wink can some one tell me

yes if vitals are normal you can type exactly that. but make sure they are normal or that will be a lazy mistake.

actually i always wanted to know if the ROS is ever anything else except 'negative except for above' could you answer that for me please? or anyone else ans that thanks.

for the ROS...i did my family rotation here in michigan and i got used to include it in my HPI ... its include in what ever the pt denies ... ie pt denies headache , fever , chills, shortness of breath , nausea , vomiting , diarrhea and constipation. ... when i wrote that and some extra things based on my pt the dr was ok ...By the way he do correct some of these CS notes ...so i think its ok ...unless some one has diff opinion ...please let me know
