what is this mean? if yes, does it mean 7 years rule or 10 years rule does not apply or apply

usually unrestricted state license refers that it is not a training license, meaning you can practice independently. I don't think it has anything with this 7 or 10 year rule that you seem to be obsessed about.

It would also be more helpful if you could cut and paste the exact wording or give the website link.

I will explain u...u have two eyes, one nose, one mouth, 2 legs, 2 hands. How u look depends on who is looking at u. sumone from chad or niger might think u are handsume. Sumone from greece or france might think u are an exotic god or he/she might also think that u are a cross between a frog and a rhino. But u think that u are more handsume than most and hence u think u deserve a hot gal. But the hot gall might just think u are a piece of bird sh*t lying on a wall and walk by with her nose pinched up. But lill does the 'hot gal with attitude' realize that she is just another piece of ass for us guys. Yet she continues on, with her nose up in the air.

U are ryt now a USMLE slave, fighting to get into what u think will be heaven, not realizing that real slavery lies ahead of u. Yet u think u are a genius and that pgms are doing themselves a favor picking u. When u get a PM u think u desreved to get into harvard but ended up doing service for that poor community pgm coz they badly need the services of a genius. But the truth is that the pgms see u as just another piece of sh*t that stinks just a lill less.

And when u get into a pgm u decide that the pgm is afterall worse than the hospital u came from and that u should never have come. And u think...''what the heck....Nyways I have come this far...lemme as well enjoy the show and have a lill fun.''

NB...this post has no 'pun intended' nor have I intentionally tried to malign any racial or nationalist sect, but to create a lill humour, I might have been a lill blunt. This post is in no way an insult to Mr Gopal, coz as far I am concerned, 'gopal' is just a name who could just have been anyone.... you, me or anyone. The post was just born out of the interest generated by a minor grammatical mistake.
